Consisted of scrubbing w/ Simple Green and hot water followed by a non-HVLP spray gun full of lacquer thinner with a narrow fan setting and 75 psi at the air cap. A solvent pressure washer if you will. Then Scotchbrite discs for the loose paint and Scotchbrite pads all over, than another was with solvent and a pass with a tackcloth. Then tape it all up and cover the car.
