The Connect seats has allot to be desired and they give the term “bucket seats” a new meaning and there’s no way these seats can be adjusted. Though I’ve tried, because I ride more forward and up right due to lower back issues, I’ve had to make a few alterations. Adding a firm pad in the seat and less firm pad as the back rest just to lift me up and forward out of this cramped feeling. Ove r last summer I was walking around the local track when I blew out my left knee, at that point I though I’d never be able to drive the van again. Turns out I have gout in both my knees. So bending them is very difficult. I was forced to remove the dead pedal/footrest. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I pealed back the floor mat and snipped two plastic tabs from a molded foam panel. Turns out it wasn’t as difficult as I thought. With more leg room, now I have to figure out what’s my next best option for adjusting the seats angle. Maybe shims will do the trick. I’m just not willing to move the seats around and blow one of the air bags..
