I also started the bodywork. I was going to leave it alone until the 401 was in, but I’m worried about letting any rust get worse. The car already needs a driver’s front floor pan, pair of lower rockers, and both valances but if I can keep it to that minimum it will be very low-cost. I also plan on replacing the fenders, hood, and bumpers with fiberglass for weight savings. So I’m basically hitting the surface scale with sandpaper and primer to keep the rust down.
