I took the Max out to Pungo Airfield in VA Beach today and enjoyed my very first autocross. It was an awesome time, ODR SCCA was fantastic, and I had a blast. The Maxima ran flawlessly, I finished upper-mid-pack in a 60 car field, and I even enjoyed ice cold A/C in between runs. I think if I put some money into this thing and built it to the extent of the class, and got LOTS of seat time, this thing could actually be competitive! Not bad for an automatic grocery getter!
