Long story short, I spent my summer working at The Body Werks, a local body shop run by longtime friend of the magazine (since the AutoX days) Tom Prescott. It was a great summer, and I learned a lot. Now though, I’m tasting the fruits of my labor.
Tom has generously allowed me to use his shop to paint my car, and at the moment I’m about halfway done. I’m not changing the color, but I’ve already fixed all of the dents and rust. It should look showroom fresh when I’m done with it.
In the photo you can see it partially blocked, I’m hoping to spray it in a few weeks.
