Dad came over to play in the garage for the May 24 weekend. He stripped the last bit of the car for me, the engine room shelf and firewall, bonnet latch area and other tight spots while I wrapped up the sheet metal and did the last few repairs like properly tacking in the battery box area, grinding and dollying any spots to make them ready for body work. With the week off I was able to put in 2 days fishing and hanging out with my son and still managed to have all the body work done by Thursday night, although it was 2:30 AM when I finished masking the car and tarping up a spray booth…
