Brakes, Clutch, New Rims & a few other details… Blew out all the brake and clutch lines with shop air then sorted out all the twisted tubing nicely and connected everything up the the new master cylinders. I decided to start with DOT4 fluid and flushed lots through in the bleeding process. The clutch and brakes came up nice and solid. While I was at it I installed the new Panasport rims which have an extra 1/4” backset, installed the other tail lamp gasket, installed some foam on the roll cage, marked up the seat cover for fitment and measured a stock wheel studs then ordered some heavier ones from JEGs that should fit well to close the night. I did manage to finish a few minutes before midnight. Today I’ll drive Brutus for the first time, all-be -it a short jaunt onto my street and onto the neighbors hoist where I’ll tackle the rear suspension tonight and tomorrow morning.
