I’ve spent the past few months cutting out all the rust from the fender and rocker panel areas on the X1/9 and replacing the rot with new metal. I’ve gotten the chance to develop my sheet metal fab and welding skills. Hopefully the affected areas will get a fresh coat of paint soon and then I can put the car back together and get it running again.
