I fabbed up some new brake control rods using some square tubing. They worked great until a pair of links failed during testing. Thankfully the let links were easy to fabricate. There was enough slop in the linkage that I could go to a much thicker material.
Umfortinatly the breaking is still marginal…
I am having second thoughts about letting the little one drive it. Maybe I will sell this and find something a little less beastly for my daughter to ride
