As usual, everything has a higher priority than the RX-7. The engine has been out for several months, but I haven’t had a chance to do anything. The insides show no sign of rust, which is great news (I feared the worst, but didn’t have a plan if the engine was bad).
Upcoming tasks are: * clean the engine * port the wastegate * replace vacuum hoses * clean the engine bay, respray paint where brake fluid has eaten through (leaky ABS pump) * fabricate brake lines for ABS pump removal
