The civic radiator finally popped so I set about installing the new aftermarket aluminum civic radiator. I cut off the filler, welded up the hole and then welded a 22mm bung for for the VW fan switch and a 5/8” barb for the heater core return. Bent up a shroud on the brake and installed an autozone slim fan as a pusher. Lets hope it keeps up.
