More details huh? Well I decided to cash in on the rising values of E30’s and I sold my 325is for 3 grand more than I paid for it to get rid of some bills. The plan was to get a $1000 beater while I finished my 76 rabbit VR6. Wouldnt you know it the day I had cash in hand all the decent cheap cars for sale locally disappeared and this popped up. The seller and I got it to run so I bought it. Needed floor repair, gas tank cleaning, paint, upholstery….you know everything. I have rebuilt the brake system, repaired the rusty floor, ge-rusted the exterior and sprayed it in a temporary coat to protect it for now.
It still has the 817cc motor in it for now but I have a nice 903cc ready to go in when I gather a few more parts. Managed to score some american racing libre’s in the proper bolt pattern that will be wrapped in 175/50/13’s middle of next week.
