I am using a Pingle electric shifter. It works from the two buttons on the steering wheel via an electric solenoid that moves the shift linkage. It has an ignition cut out that shorts out the ignition for 50 mili seconds to allow up shifts at full throttle with no clutch. Just bang, bang, bang. I shift at 12,000 rpm. Down shifts still require the clutch to un load the gears but all in all the system works really great.
