I had to raise the idle to keep it from stalling but now It idles pretty fast (2krpm). I was able to take it for a quick drive around the block, and all the gauges seem to work and looked to be at the right levels. The steering seemed pretty vague so I’ll have to investigate what bushings/balljoints/rod ends need to be replaced to get it tightened up.
