Also, if anyone wants me to pick up something for them while at the auction, let me know.
Welcome to our new series, GRM Staffers Out and About. The point? To keep you up-to-date on our goings on when we’re not at the office. If you’re near, feel free to stop by and say “Hi!”
This weekend, David will be at Barrett-Jackson’s Connecticut sale to watch the last C7 Corvette built cross the auction block.
Why is he going? Well, he’ll be spending time with our friends from Chevy, so he’s hoping to learn more about the C8. So, what do you expect the C8 will be, and what are you wishing for?

Ferrari F40 would be nice.
Done--assuming I can take it on Amtrak with me.
Also, you, my friend, will enjoy the upcoming issue of Classic Motorsports. Wondering what life is really like with an F40? We find out!
In reply to David S. Wallens :
I volunteer to help you drive and evaluate the car, and you wouldn’t even have to pay me.....
