Hagerty and the SCCA have further solidified their relationship as Hagerty has been named the Official Insurance Partner of SCCA. “Hagerty and the SCCA is a perfect match,” McKeel Hagerty, CEO of Hagerty, said in the release. “The SCCA is all about having fun with cars and turning enthusiasts into participants, and we are, too. It’s great to look at cars in museums, but they are really meant to be driven.”
The two groups have already been working together:
Hagerty serves as the official on-track insurance partner of Tire Rack in America Driven by Tire Rack.
The new Tire Rack Time Trials National Tour is also supported by Hagerty.
One bit of housekeeping noted in the release: “It should be noted that SCCA’s current event insurance supplier has not changed with the addition of Hagerty as the Official Insurance Partner of SCCA.”
