The best part about buying a new project? Having to travel cross-country to pick it up.

Last year, we purchased a 1952 Morgan and, although we are eager to get to work, there was one glaring issue: the car sat in Stockton, California, some 2800 miles away from GRM headquarters.

Sure, we could just ship the car, but why do that when we could get on a plane, pick it up in person, and then trailer it back home?

So we packed our bags, headed to the airport, and soon found ourselves bound for Las Vegas.

Why Vegas, and not Stockton? You’ll have to read the developing story of the Cross-Country Morgan Retrieval for yourself over on Classic Motorsports–and don’t worry, there aren’t too many complications this time around. (Okay, there are all the complications this time around.)
