The new Corvette ZR1 has set new records for Chevrolet. Top speed of 233 mph. Zero to 60 in 2.3 seconds. A whopping 1064 horsepower. But, what does it cost?
Pricing starts at $174,995 (including DFC) for the 1LZ coupe, $184,995 for the hardtop convertible.
Well, what about the add-ons?
The ZR1 Carbon Fiber Aero Package (TOM), which adds a rear wing, front dive planes, a hood spoiler and underbody strakes, costs $8495.
Opt for the ZTK Performance Package (ZTK), which incorporates stiffer springs, specific Magnetic Ride Control calibration and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires, costs $1500 more, and requires the Carbon Fiber Aero Package.
So, a loaded 1LZ coupe will set you back $184,990–less than $200,000.
Well, what about the 3LZ? That includes some upgraded seats, a front camera, better sound system and some other creature comforts. The 3LZ starts at $185,995 for the coupe, $195,995 for the convertible.
Chevrolet also provided this handy dandy chart with its announcement.
“It was important for us to stay true to Corvette’s promise of a vehicle whose world-class capabilities completely outmatch its price,” said Scott Bell, vice president of global Chevrolet, in the announcement.
