This seems like an oddly specific niche . . .

Porsche announced the return of the Touring package for its 911 GT3, which, in case you haven’t noticed yet, removes the model's fixed rear wing.
Instead, the Touring version uses an automatic pop-up spoiler to keep things grounded at high speeds. (And yes, there’s a button that lets you pop it up and down whenever you feel like it, too.)
Mechanically, the Touring model is identical to the “normal” GT3, making use of a 4.0-liter flat-six rated for 502 horsepower and 346 lb.-ft. of torque, with your choice of a six-speed manual (except for California) or seven-speed PDK automatic—the first time the Touring has been available with the PDK.

Porsche notes that the Touring package is a no-cost option, which is appreciated considering the GT3 starts at $163,450.
