How about a piece of autocross history?
This Chevy Camaro Z28 was originally prepared in the 1980s to compete in E Street Prepared–then a brand-new class in the SCCA.
The Z28 would go on to win three Solo National Championships as well as an ESPL National Championship and an ESP Pro Solo Championship.
Power comes from a 5.3-liter LC9 V8 fitted several upgrades that like Wiseco LS1 pistons, ported heads, a custom cam and a Champion aluminum radiator.
Shifting is handled by an Aisan AR5 five-speed transmission from a Chevy Colorado (installed in 2021) upgraded with a short-shifter kit.
Other notable upgrades include yellow Koni single-adjustable shocks, bigbrakeupgrade.com front brakes, a four-point welded roll bar and much more.
Find this 1982 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 listed for sale on the GRM forum with an asking price of $12,500.
