Always fun to go back and read the early posts. And the LS1-KART has been fun the whole time, going on 3 years now!
Sure, we may all know a thing or two about C5 Corvettes, but nothing quite like the LS1-powered go-kart that forum user Go_Gators has created.
The plan was to build a "sub-$10k street, autocross and occasional track day missile that is highly reliable and maintainable. This 400-horsepower kart will weigh close to 2250 pounds.
The build thread now goes 33 pages deep on the forum. Vicariously live through this one or, perhaps, replicate yourself.
