1956 Chevrolet Pickup

Ex US Corp of Engineers truck, at least part of it was. 235 straight six, 3-on-the-tree. Early Nova subframe, highway gears in the rearend, and it would cruise at 70mph and get 17mpg. Drove it from NE South Dakota to Huntsville, AL over a Labor Day weekend, no wipers, heater, or working gauges. Tons of smiles and thumbs-up on the way. Sold it when we moved to CO. Not sure where it is now.
