I’ve had this ‘06 Miata Grand Touring since January 2017, after my ‘99 Miata was totaled by a pickup backing up into it and stuffing his trailer hitch through my radiator. The ‘06 has subsequently had a Flyin’ Miata Stage 2 Koni suspension and OZ Racing Alleggerita rims added, along with a Pioneer CarPlay stereo and Clearwater speakers. Subsequent mods include the GwR Roadstersport MaxPower header, Helmholtz mid pipe, SuperQ exhaust, OEM oil heat exchanger, Moroso aluminum radiator header tank and power steering tank, and a Dynotronics tune is in progress. I’m a member of the Gateway Miata Club in St Louis, and occasionally autocross with the Boeing Sports Car Club. This is my fourth Miata, but first NC.
