Purchased July 20, 2017 with 30k miles from an older gentlemen - this Miata was well cared for and spent much of its previous life garage kept. Since then it’s been averaging a bit over 620 miles per month even though I work from home. It’s been to the Tail of the Dragon and back without issue, is often taken for short cruises just because it’s impossible not to want to drive it, and sees monthly autocrosses all around Central Florida helping me improve my driving technique. The goal with this car is to keep it mostly stock (other than small cosmetic touches to make it “mine”) and enjoy it as it is. So far I’ve installed RevLimiter gauges, a shorty antenna, deleted the sun visors (I’m too tall - they get in my way), and will continue small similar mods. Seeing as how all of my previous cars have stuck around for many years, I suspect this fun little car will be with me for a long time to come.
