well, thats not true, but it did get you to click on this Miata as opposed to all the others up here. Its got basic bolt ons that make it fun and/or safe for track duty.

Nah, LS1s have been done (and probably 13Bs, too). Rolls Royce Merlin.... THAT would be different.
hmmm, sounds pretty easy. Sounds like its worth it for a box of lanyards, a hat and stickers... Actually, what makes my Miata unique is that its probably the only car in the history of mankind that's gone off in Hogpen at VIR, made contact with a guardrail but didnt require a tow truck or massaging of sheet metal.
I vote for a duramax/allison combo to be unlike all other miatae... :)
