I have owned this car for about 6 years now. I had the same color and model in High School and just could not get over it. The picture is at the Ocala test track. This car has a good deal of work done to it. The motor is pretty highly modified. It is currently running a sixport streetported motor with RX8 rotors and internals. Megasquirted by DIYAutoTune at the Mitty in 2009. It also has RE-Speed coilovers, Tokicos. Update as of August 2011: Sold and pulled the 13B, trans and Megasquirt and sold them to live on in a Tube Frame MG. Bought a LS1/T56 combo out of a 83,XXX mile Camaro to be put in. Going with an FC front sub frame and brakes.

Ha funny you should ask. We fixed the rust but I haven't figured out the 4k rpm break up. I am actually buying a 79 Spark Yellow RX-7 and will probably be selling the white one. Hows the orange Saab doing?
The Saab still has some odd cooling issues, but I've not had the time nor the drive to look too much further into it. I had the leaking heater core repaired and the radiator cleaned and checked, but that didn't fix it. I'm thinking that the water pump is bad... Again. For now, its nestled away in a friend's garage. Sad to hear that you'll be parting with Whitey. I really think that all of the issues stem from bad grounds.
