In the rain at Hallett Racepark. Oct. 07 This was my first time there and a real eye opener to a relative rookie at the sport. Just passed two Formula Vees and could not see much from all the oil and crud on the face shield. The car is #31 and is the other 1 of two cars our team runs.

In 1972 I was racing a Triumph Spitfire sharing a garage with another 21 yr old who was racing a Lotus 61. He let me drive it around the parking lot, after which I informed him that I preferred close wheel cars. :-) He replaced it the next year with a Titan and I've always wondered what ever happened to that car.
